		<description>Jumping rope is awesome and a lot tougher than most people think. Cardio strength has always been my physical weakness, but one that I am dedicated to work on. Jumping rope is a perfect way to do that - currently I can&#039;t even go for one minute non stop, but my goal is to work up to at least 10 minutes!

I get bored jumping rope though, between weights I sometimes do these things in between, not sure what there called, I think  I have heard them called mountain climbers--you get in pushup position and basically run in place.  It is amazing when you add that in between sets of weights how much more intense it is.  What really is going to help me is that it is finally getting warm outside and I can start hiking!</description>
