local activism? i like your idea, good post. having moved from big tim city chicago to small town usa, i see huge differences in green living and its accessibility. there are no blue recycling bins where i now live, so that is a challenge for me, but not an unsurmountable one. and farmers markets, forget about it. i would have to drive like an hour to go to a cool one, like in Chicago. but it is good to see how others live and what is on the other side of the grass.
